The Audacity of Dreaming and the Power of Losers (a must read) one of the commenters "qp" alerted me to this outrageous ruling by a California judge.
GET THIS:
"Parents who fail to [comply with school enrollment laws] may be subject to a criminal complaint against them, found guilty of an infraction, and subject to imposition of fines or an order to complete a parent education and counseling program."
Sort of like the communists did when they dumbed down their populations - easier to control them that way.
