Jumping in Pools: Obama to Launch "America Scouts"
What is wrong with the Boy Scouts? What is wrong with the National Guard? In case you've forgotten, here is the Boy Scout Oath.

To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and morally straight.

Not to forget the other very worthy organizations such as the Civil Air Patrol where kids can start flying at 13 or so and is affiliated with the USAF as an auxiliary, the U.S.Navy Sea Cadet Corps where they can join at 11 through 17 and the great JROTC in many states. Is the President not aware of these splendid organizations already in existence?
