goat blue,goat stilton.Or a mix to make spreads.Trader Joes stores ,those festivals of grocery shopping have layered cheeses ,blue and cheddar etc.If the goats milk supplies are there this could be an advance on the plain and garlic versions. Also goat cheeseburgers and goats milkshakes. Well maybe not the shake but combo cheeses might catch on. .
