Here is the nursery for the baby goats at Carla's where I pick up some goat cheese every now and then when she decides to make it.

Hi Gecko!
I'm curious...are there different kinds of goat cheese?
Such as goat cheddar, or goat feta, etc.?

What a great idea.Goat Parmagiana,

goat blue, goat stilton.Or a mix to make spreads.Trader Joes stores ,those festivals of grocery shopping have layered cheeses ,blue and cheddar etc.If the goats milk supplies are there this could be an advance on the plain and garlic versions. Also goat cheeseburgers and goats milkshakes. Well maybe not the shake but combo cheeses might catch on.

Darn! Apparently, I'm not the first to think of this idea.
Which is cool, because I don't have any goats.
